Laser Show Studio ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over your information.
We believe in keeping things simple: we collect the minimum data needed to run the service, we do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party analytics or ad trackers.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
We do not collect your IP address for tracking purposes, browsing history, device fingerprints, or location data.
We do not build advertising profiles or sell your data to anyone.
We use the data we collect solely to operate and improve the Service:

Laser Show Studio uses a single session cookie for authentication. This cookie identifies your logged-in session so you do not have to re-enter your password on each page.
If you disable cookies in your browser, you will not be able to stay logged in, but you can still access public pages.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Laser Show Studio:
We use Stripe to process payments for Pro subscriptions. When you subscribe, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by their privacy policy.
Our website, application, database, and file storage are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure (Pages for hosting, D1 for our database, and R2 for file storage). Cloudflare may process basic connection data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering web traffic and providing DDoS protection.
We use Resend to deliver transactional emails such as account verification, password resets, and subscription receipts. Resend processes your email address to deliver these messages.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure, which provides automatic redundancy and encryption in transit. We implement the following security measures:
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
You can access all your project data at any time through the Service. You can export and download all ILDA files you have created. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
You can update your email address and display name from your account settings at any time.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. We recommend exporting your projects before requesting deletion, as this action is permanent.
Note: content you posted publicly in the community (forum posts, gallery submissions) may have been viewed or referenced by other users. We will remove your display name from such content and attribute it to a deleted account.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data (such as total user counts) that cannot be linked back to you.
Stripe retains payment records as required by financial regulations. This is governed by Stripe's data retention policies.
Laser Show Studio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete that information.
Laser Show Studio is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in data centers located in various countries. Cloudflare maintains appropriate data protection safeguards across its infrastructure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
